29/07/2022: The arena is currently booked out for dog training classes on Wednesday evenings until the end of September, between 7pm and 9pm. All liveries please be aware and ensure you have left the arena (including poo-picking!) by 6:45 to allow the dog trainer to set up in time for her classes.

What We Do

We are proud to provide excellent, modern facilities which we hope our clients find a reasonable price. We are also proud to be able to offer a range of livery options which can be flexible despending on the needs of our clients, which may depend on holidays, time of the year, work commitments, illness and more.

With high quality facilities, we are also pleased to be able to offer opportunities for clinics, demonstrations and classes. Our livery clients, as well as external clients, are welcome to book lessons with our in-house instructors, or hire the facilities for private lessons with their own instructor. Our clinics with renknowned expert/professional riders, vets etc. are always popular and bookings are open to all. Our livery clients are eligible for a discount on tickets.

Below is an outline of our current basic offers, with some guideline prices. Prices for lessons with our instructors varies, but is between £25-£45 per hour, depending on duration and which instructor. Livery clients are also eligible for discounts.

  • Full Livery, from £140 per week, includes: all-round daily care for your horse including feed, turn-out, muck out, bring in, groom (and pick out feet) and tuck in for the night. Exercised 5 days a week (days to be agreed), agreeable routine of riding or lunging based on requirements.
  • Assisted DIY Livery, from £100 per week, includes: most of the elements as Full but without the exercise as the main difference. We will feed, turn out and bring in, pick out feet but grooming will be limited to a tidy up, such as to clean dirt before rugging.

  • Our packages are not set in stone, please contact us to discuss your requirements. Grass livery is available in the summer months, however we are currently unable to offer this all-year at the present time.

    Where We Are

Access to Wisteria Farm is from the B2028 north of Lindfield, West Sussex. Our full postal address is:

    Wisteria Farm
    Park Lane
    Lindfield
    West Sussex
    RH16 2QY

If approaching from Lindfield/Haywards Heath, you will need to take the right-hand turn on to Park Lane which is signposted towards Horsted Keynes. You will find us approximately half a mile along the road on your right.

If you are approaching from Ardingly/Crawley, the turn into Park Lane will be too tight if you are towing a trailer or driving a horsebox. Instead, take the left turn onto Stonecross Lane, and then right onto Keysford Lane at the end. This will take you to the junction between Park Lane and Plummerden Lane; turn right onto Park Lane then you will find us on the left.
